Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for travel booked through Ticketdev Travels ("Ticketdev Travels").

Flights

• Airline cancels or significantly changes your flight: if you choose not to travel or accept the alternative offered, you are entitled to a refund under U.S. Department of Transportation rules. Contact us and we will process it.
• You cancel: refunds depend on your fare rules. Refundable fares can be refunded; non-refundable fares may only allow a credit or no value, less any airline penalty.
• 24-hour rule: many airlines allow free cancellation within 24 hours of booking for flights to or from the US booked at least 7 days before departure. We will tell you if this applies to your ticket.

Hotels, packages and car rentals

Refunds follow the supplier's cancellation policy for the rate you booked, which is shown in your quote before you pay.

Our service fee

If we charge a service fee, your quote will say whether it is refundable. Where the law requires us to refund a fee, we will.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, call +1 (877) 380-5180 with your booking reference. We process refunds to the original form of payment. Refunds paid by the supplier are passed on to you once received; timing depends on the supplier and your card issuer.
